The club comprises ten meticulously crafted and furnished two-bedroom residences that are complemented by private services and amenities -- from a personal concierge to daily beach cabana service. Owners enjoy club refreshment cabanas and lounges on the groomed sand, beach cruisers for biking more than 20 miles of bike paths, secure underground parking, club concierge, and storage for clothing and equipment. Construction is complete and DCP has been retained to assist with the ownership structure, overall product design, and sales and marketing.
