This pioneering residence club was the first to be fully integrated into and managed by an established luxury hotel. The Austria Haus Club is comprised of 18 two-bedroom, three-bedroom and three-bedroom penthouse condominiums, on-site amenity areas, 24 luxury hotel suites and 5,000 square feet of retail commercial space.

Randy Burgess initially provided consulting services to the development group regarding the Club's permitting, structure, reservation policies and marketing and subsequently assumed direct responsibility for sales and marketing. The Club was sold at prices up to $395,000 per 1/9th ownership, aggregating over $40 million in sales and setting national sales records for the highest price per square foot (over $2,000) and the fastest sales pace at those prices.
