DCP has been retained to create the ownership structure, create the reservation system, and supervise all sales and marketing for the fractional ownership residence community at Borgo di Vagli in southern Tuscany.

Borgo di Vagli, the first fully restored 14th century hamlet available for fractional ownership, is ideally located near the medieval town of Cortona. The hamlet has received international acclaim from Frances Mayes, author of Under the Tuscan Sun and was featured in Architectural Digest.
