This 27-unit project is nestled on a secluded 167-acre site in picturesque Napa Valley, one of country's most coveted getaway destinations. The club is managed by Auberge Resorts, operators of wine country's five-star Auberge du Soleil hotel. The residential units are two-bedroom cottages with private courtyards. DCP was retained to assist with the ownership structure, product design, reservation system, and sales and marketing. Additionally, DCP was instrumental in obtaining the equity funding for this club.
