This 37-residence club is situated in the mountains of Cashiers, North Carolina. For decades, the Cashiers area has been a favored retreat for residents in the Southeast. The rustic but sophisticated three-bedroom mountain homes and clubhouse are located adjacent to the Sapphire Valley Resort which has golf, tennis, swimming and health club facilities. Mountain Club members will have privileges at Sapphire Valley Resort in addition to enjoying their own private clubhouse with a members' lounge, swimming pool and health club.

DCP has been retained to create the ownership structure, assist with product design, reservation system, and supervise all sales and marketing.
