DCP has been retained to create the EQUITY RESIDENCE CLUB^SM ownership structure, assist with product design, create the reservation system, and supervise all sales and marketing for the residence club and hotel.

Cedar Key is a historic island town just off the Florida coast in the Gulf of Mexico. The 25-unit residence club will be adjacent to a 40-room hotel and retail space housed in renovated historic buildings in the town’s commercial core.
