The 20-residence first phase of this ski-in, ski-out development in Steamboat Springs, Colorado began operation in December 1997. Phase I comprises 14 three-bedroom residences, six four-bedroom residences and 7,000 square feet of clubhouse common area. The second phase offered five three-bedroom residences and eight four-bedroom residences while sharing the existing clubhouse. Christie Club is recognized as one of the country's first and most successful Equity Residence Club launches. DCP was involved in all aspects of development, marketing and sales of both phases.
