The 20-residence first phase of this ski-in, ski-out development in Steamboat Springs, Colorado began operation in December 1997. Phase I, comprising 14 three-bedroom residences, six four-bedroom residences and 7,000 square feet of clubhouse common area, is sold out. The final phase is now available, offering five three-bedroom residences and eight four-bedroom residences while sharing the existing clubhouse.
