Deer Valley Club
Park City, Utah
Deer Valley Club in Park City, Utah was the first private residence club of its kind in the United States. Comprised of 30 two and three-bedroom townhomes and 10,000 square feet of clubhouse and amenity space, the Club was completed in March, 1994.
Steve Dering conceived this new residence club including its' critical reservation system, convinced the developer to convert to the residence club structure, helped design the common areas and service components, and designed and implemented the marketing plan. He then recruited Randy Burgess to lead the sales team which generated over $21,000,000 in Deer Valley Club sales and over $14,000,000 in whole ownership condominium sales at the developer's adjacent Sterling Lodge development.
Deer Valley Club has served as the prototype for all of today's high-end residence clubs.
