This residence club at the Northstar ski resort in Tahoe, California consists of twelve 1,750 square-foot, three-bedroom residences, and six 2,000-square-foot, four-bedroom residences. The owners' clubhouse is approximately 4,300 square feet. All Northstar Club owners have privileges at the comprehensive Northstar Swim and Racquet Club, which is adjacent to the Northstar Club. The DCP principals designed and launched this club.
