DCP was retained to assist with the design, legal structure and launch of The Residence Club at PGA WEST in La Quinta, California. The Club, which opened in February 2006, comprises 3,300-sq.-ft. detached luxury villas, a comprehensive clubhouse and pool facility, and is located within the prestigious PGA WEST golf community. Owners have privileges at six of PGA WEST's legendary golf courses and the La Quinta Resort and Spa. DCP was involved in all aspects of The Residence Club development and was responsible for formulating and implementing the sales and marketing programs. Ownership sales for this 32-unit development are projected to exceed $60,000,000. DCM is responsible for all Club operations.
