This 82-residence, 10-story club in Manhattan opened in September 1999. The club has a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and is located on Broadway next to Lincoln Center. The Phillips Club is the first urban club of its kind in the United States. DCP created unique, new reservation policies for this club so that members can use it for business as well as leisure travel.

Phillips Club sales volume is projected to be in excess of $100,000,000. After interviewing all the major players in the shared ownership industry, Millennium Partners (Phillips Club developer - $3 billion under development nationally) selected DCP to formulate the ownership structure, assist with legal approvals, structure, implement and supervise all marketing efforts, and consult on all aspects of this club.
