Subsequent to the sellout of The Residence Club at Teton Pines, DCP was retained to assist with the design and launch of The Residence Club at Teton Springs, near Jackson Hole in Victor, Idaho.  The Club residences will be 3,000-sq.-ft. log homes that are located within the Teton Springs master development and near the Headwaters Country Club golf course. Residence Club owners will have full country club privileges while in residence. 

DCP has been retained to consult on the unit design, ownership structure, establish pricing strategy, formulate the reservation system, create and supervise the sales and marketing programs.
