DCP has been retained by Tidemark Beach and Marina Residence Club to assist in the design and creation of two private residence clubs on Anna Maria Island, Florida. Located within one mile of each other, the first property will comprise fractional residences situated on the white sand beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast. The second property will feature fractional residences along with hotel units in a prime marina-front environment.

DCP is responsible for all aspects of selling and marketing both properties, and is contributing to the development its expertise in delivering a unique beachfront and marina experience to the
owners of this multi-faceted EQUITY RESIDENCE CLUB^SM resort.
