DCP was retained by Bermuda Properties, Ltd. to assist with the design and launch of The Residence Club at Tucker's Point in Tucker's Town. This is Bermuda's first residence club and comprises 20 two-, three- and four-bedroom residences with a private clubhouse and swimming pool. The luxurious waterfront Residence Club is adjacent to the Tucker's Point Golf Club and a new ultra luxury hotel. Residence Club owners are full Tucker's Point golf club members. DCP was involved in all aspects of The Residence Club development and supervised sales and marketing.
