DCP was retained by Bermuda Properties, Ltd. to assist with the design and launch of The Residence Club at Tucker's Point in Tucker's Town, Bermuda. The luxurious water front Residence Club will be adjacent to the Tucker's Point Golf Club and a new ultra luxury hotel.

DCP is involved in all aspects of The Residence Club development and will be responsible for sales and marketing when the club is launched. Membership sales for this 20-residence development are projected to be $70,000,000 at an average membership price of $350,000.
