In response to the enthusiastic acceptance of the private residence concept by the UK and European markets, DCP International^SM made a strategic decision to dramatically expand its presence and enhance the sales experience by moving its European headquarters to 22 Bruton Street, on Berkeley Square in Mayfair - London's most upscale neighborhood.

Located near such iconic names as Sotheby's, Christie's, The Ritz, Bentley and Rolls Royce, the charming building features several fireplaces, a large conference and sales training room, as well as executive and support staff offices. The hallmark feature of the new state-of-the-art facility is a large showroom displaying information on the participating clubs of The Elite Alliance^SM.
